SapienSecure (operated by Sapien Machine Learning Corp., a Canadian company) builds software for Canadian physicians and their teams. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, sapiensecure.io, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to this website only — not to the clinical software products we deliver under separate agreements.

We do not collect patient health information (PHI) through this website. Please don't send patient details through our forms or email. PHI is only ever handled inside our contracted products, under their own security and privacy terms.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo, book a call, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and any name, organization, or message you choose to provide.
Usage analytics. With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, general location, and interactions. If you decline, we don't set analytics cookies.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request information (e.g., IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and arrange demos.
To send you our newsletter and updates, if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.
To measure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use analytics cookies only after you accept them in the consent banner. Until you accept, analytics stays off. You can decline, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and communicate with you:

Resend — email delivery and mailing-list management.
Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (consent-gated).
Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store or process it outside Canada. We share only what's needed for these services.

Your rights & choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law. Retention

We keep contact and subscriber information until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe, after which we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy as our site or practices change. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
